What We Make

100% Local Fresh Milk

Atolita’s milk is non-homogenized — farm-fresh so the cream rises to the top (shake & enjoy!). We work with local farms and keep everything fresh and free from extenders, that’s why 90% of our customers keep coming back.

Classic Turkish Yogurt

Made with the freshest milk, Atolita yogurt is smooth, rich, and bursting with natural goodness. It’s perfect on its own, as a base for dips, or as an ingredient in your favorite dishes.

We follow traditional Turkish techniques to make yogurt that’s naturally thick and creamy (no cream or extenders!). We ferment our yogurt slowly and in individual jars with care.

Made from 100% fresh Atolita Milk. No sugar, no additives.

Locally-made Turkish Cheese

Traditional Turkish cheeses with mild taste. Good for bone, dental, heart and gut health.

High protein, vitamin K2, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium.

Kefir

Fermented, probiotic-drink diary drink which helps to keep your gut healthy and support your immune system.

Atolita was born out of a passion for bringing the richness of traditional dairy products to every Filipino household. Inspired by the Turkish concept of an “atolye,” our name symbolizes a workshop where craftsmanship meets nature. With a commitment to quality and sustainability, we’ve created a rich, dairy experience that let you savor the finest dairy, produced right here in the Philippines.

To make of 1 kilo of Atolita cheese, we use
10 liters of Good Milk,
5 grams of cheese culture,
30 years of experience, and
1,000 years of tradition.
